Award-winning workplace
Our week at Nulty has finished off on a high with some fantastic news: the recently refurbished Berghaus headquarters up in Sunderland has won a British Council for Offices (BCO) award.
It took the top spot in the “Fit Out Of Workplace” in Northern England, a category that awards a space, or spaces, within a building that demonstrates a high quality of interior fit-out. And, overall the BCO awards recognise and celebrate the very best in UK office design.
This is a project that we’re really chuffed to have been a part of; the lighting design scheme played a big part in the transformation of the tired 1990s office building into what’s now an “inspirational, re-invigorated workspace”.
Click on “Project featured” to read and see more about the outdoor brand’s refurbished home. When you look at the photos it doesn’t take much working out why Berghaus HQ can now, proudly, be called an award-winning office environment.
Exciting Update! The BCO National Awards 2016 took place on 4 October and Berghaus HQ was crowned the overall WINNER in the “Fit Out of Workplace” category.
