Highly Commended, twice!
On 6 November, the winners of the Lux Awards 2012 were announced at a gala event at the Natural History Museum, London. We were honoured to have been nominated for “Best Retail and Leisure Project” and “Lighting Design Practice of the Year”.
All the awards were hard fought and we’re very proud to announce that we were “Highly Commended” in both categories. This is particularly pleasing given that we’re only 18 months old as a practice. We believe it’s a sign of things to come for the team!

Retail and Leisure Project of the Year, Manchester United Stadium Store: A “superb and technically precise” installation which “makes the merchandise the hero”, said the judges.
Lighting Design Practice of the Year: Established last year, Nulty has already worked on more than 90 projects. Judges said the firm is an “ambitious and fast-growing” practice that had achieved much in a short period.
