A stone’s throw from London Bridge, this impressive 10-storey office block sits snuggly on the Thames and ticks all the boxes when it comes to a first-rate workplace.
Collaborating closely with the interior architects and design team we created an integrated lighting design solution throughout the building including offices, conference rooms and executive dining suite. Meeting rooms were given a sleek, stylistic feel with bespoke light fittings and the cafeteria received extra special treatment in the form of a specially designed chandelier.
Our carefully considered lighting design process allowed us to create not only a stimulating work environment through light, but a low-energy one too. The commercial building achieved a BREEAM excellent rating, along with exceeding Part-L requirements.
