Gian oversees the daily operations in Dubai, which can involve greeting guests one minute and managing complex budgets the next. As might be expected, she can turn her hand to anything and is the reason why we have such a well-organised team and office.
When Gian isn’t working hard to put a new process in place or sort out IT issues, she’ll be planning what’s on the menu for dinner. To unwind after a hectic day, Gian enjoys wearing her MasterChef hat to recreate her favourite restaurant dishes and we hear they’re very, very good. We can’t wait for the invite.
