Be it the stage for an operatic performance or the facade of an architectural gem, Guy draws on his decades of experience, creative eye and technical know-how to create ambitious and visionary lighting schemes.
Being a lighting designer is quite the juggling act, but Guy has it nailed (impressively, he can actually juggle and often entertains us). He has a brilliant grasp of how light describes form, creates drama, shows the passage of time, and shapes our mood. Yet he also knows how to manage the complexities of taking a project from concept to completion.
A friendly disposition and love of people allows Guy to rub shoulders with anyone. He’s in his element when we collaborate closely with other design groups or in the office where he’s always at the heart of conversation telling us about a must-see exhibition or listening attentively to what we have to say.
