Pankaj’s skill lies in his renders – 3D visualisation is his favourite part of the job and stems from his early studies and love of art mixed with science. The way that designing creatively with light needs the practical nature of a technical programme leads to his innovative thinking.
A passion for classical music keeps Pankaj harmonious. But he doesn’t stop at just listening to music – Pankaj has taken his hand to not one, but three instruments, juggling between learning the Tabla, Flute and Harmonium means there’s always a melody to be created.
Sketching is also one of Pankaj’s creative outlets which he has combined with his love of science in drawing his hero, aerospace scientist Dr A. P. J. Kalam. And it’s this merging of art and science that we love to see in his lighting designs.
