Ging runs at her own pace, metaphorically as well as physically. She’s a runner, and never shies from taking the opportunity to absorb the architecture that surrounds her as she runs through the city of Bangkok.
Architecture has always been a strong pull for Ging, looking up and feeling amazed by the buildings and environment that surround her has been a lifelong interest. This admiration now extends to lighting design and the joy and creativity that it can bring.
Historical and heritage projects hold a special interest for her – creating a new lighting scheme that seamlessly integrates with the old and reinvigorates a building, bringing it back to significance is her favourite type of project. Lighting can create a sense of endless possibilities and to follow a project from rendering to real life is why Ging loves her work.
